Cashback (FAQs)
Updated over a week ago

How is the cashback calculated?

We will calculate the cashback according to your monthly volume of trades on closed positions. Cashback is $1 per million dollars of the notional volume of closed positions.

Notional value is calculated via the formula: Notional Value = Instruments contract size * volume in lots * closed price * exchange rate * 2

What is the minimum amount of cashback or monthly volume?

There is no limit, such as a minimum payout or minimum monthly amount.

On which trading account can I get cashback?

You will receive a cashback for trading on real trading accounts, such as Trade.MT4, Trade.MT5, Zero.MT4 and Zero.MT5.

Will cashback be credited on all trading positions for the month?

The cashback does not include trades opened for less than 15 minutes. Cashback is calculated for the following groups of instruments: Currencies, Commodities, and Indices.

Are current open positions taken into account when calculating the cashback?

Cashback is calculated automatically on positions that have already been closed during the past month.

How is the conversion done if I trade in a currency other than USD?

If the client trades in a currency other than USD, the conversion is based on the exchange rate to USD at the time of closing a particular transaction. Conversion is carried out automatically.

Which price is taken into consideration for conversion? Ask or Bid?

It depends on what direction the position was traded:

  • If the position was on Buy, then the conversion in USD will be at the Ask price.

  • If the position was on Sell, the conversion in USD will be at the Bid price.

What do I have to do to get a cashback?

You do not need to claim a cashback or take any specific steps - the amount will be automatically credited to your trading account before the 5th calendar day of the month.
