What does NDB mean?
"NDB" stands for No deposit bonus. We provide you with the bonus without the deposit from your side. This way, you can get an insight into how trading works without the need to deposit your own funds.
What are the requirements to receive the bonus?To be eligible to receive the No deposit bonus you should be either a new client or a registered client with no deposits done previously.
This means that once you register with us you need to apply for a Live Account application by clicking on "Start Trade" in the "Trade" section, or on "Get Started" on the "No deposit bonus" banner in the Dashboard. Kindly note that the application period is being extended due to the increased load of new clients.
If you are already registered with us but have not made any deposits previously, you may apply for the bonus via the "No deposit bonus" banner at the top of the Dashboard and choose the account you wish to use for this purpose.
How to claim No deposit bonus?To request a bonus, kindly click on the banner in your Dashboard (on the line "Get started") and select the account for which you wish to receive a bonus.
If you didn't apply for a live account, you will see the new banner and request to proceed to your live account verification. In this case, simply click on the button "Go to verification" and you will be forwarded to the verification page. Kindly follow the hints you see there.
Kindly note that the application period is prolonged due to the increased load of new clients.
Where can I see the Terms and Conditions of No deposit bonus?You may see the Terms and Conditions of the bonus on the banner (click on the line "Terms and conditions apply").
Which account types can get a bonus?Any live account without a deposit on it can get a bonus. It can be Trade.MT4, Trade.MT5, Zero.MT4 or Zero.MT5. The choice is yours!
How would I know that I got the No deposit bonus?Firstly, you will see the banner confirming you got the bonus.
You may see the bonus if you log in to your account on the MetaTrader platform, smartphone application Admirals or MetaTrader or WebTrader. The bonus amount will be reflected in the "Credit" field.
Can I participate in this promotion if I also participated in the previous NDB campaign, but didn’t trade real funds?No, as the bonus credited to your trading account previously is considered a deposit for this campaign. So, if you received a bonus during our previous campaign, you can’t participate in this campaign.
Can I withdraw my bonus?It is not possible to withdraw the bonus. The bonus can only be claimed and used by you only for trading. Therefore, you can claim this bonus and use it as a margin to open positions.
If your trading experience with a bonus results in overall profits, you may withdraw the profit (Terms and Conditions apply).
Can I withdraw the profit I traded?You can withdraw the profit that you received from trading. To do this, you need to: Open another live account (or use an existing live account if you didn't make any previous deposits).
Deposit with personal funds (minimum deposit amount or more by your own choice), Trade the required amount of notional value (this includes opening and closing positions) during the Additional period.
To determine the notional value, we check the balance of the bonus account:

If the bonus account balance is 15 USD (which is less than 300 USD), then the notional value requirement will be 1 200 000 USD
With a bonus account balance of 315 USD (which is more than 300 USD), the requirement for the notional value will be 315 * 4000 = 1 260 000 USD
The formula for calculating the notional value:
Notional value = instruments contract size * volume in lots * closed price` * exchange rate` * 2
For example, trade for 5 lots EUR USD: 100 000 EUR *5 lots *1.07902` * 1.07904` *2 sides of trade (open and close) = 582 152,81 USD.
*Exchange rate applies if it needed to convert to USD
Please note that the period of the trade should be not less than 3 minutes. After all the requirements are met, you can withdraw the profit from the campaign and continue trading.
Is it true that I can get a No deposit bonus as a new client?Yes! In order to receive a No Deposit Bonus, please register and verify your account. When your profile is verified, kindly go to the Dashboard - click on the "No deposit bonus" banner at the top, and choose an account following the instructions - the bonus will be credited to this account in the "Credit" field.
Can I receive a No deposit bonus if I am already registered?Yes! If you are already registered with us but didn't make any deposits before entering a campaign.

Can I request a bonus in several operational companies?We have a rule: one client – one bonus. So, you may request a bonus, but only once, there is no opportunity to request it in several operational companies.
How many transactions do I need to trade to receive a bonus?You don't need to trade in order to receive a bonus. You may apply for a bonus if you are a new client or a registered client who hasn't deposited any funds yet. In order to receive a No deposit bonus, kindly go to the Dashboard - click on the "No deposit bonus" banner at the top, and choose an account following the instructions - the bonus will be credited to this account in the "Credit" field.
How long does the withdrawal process take?The whole period for completing volume trading requirements and profit withdrawal is 60 calendar days from the date of registration in the No Deposit Bonus. After all the requirements are met, you can withdraw the profit.
How can I know if I traded the required amount?You may see the amount you have already traded and the required amount in your Dashboard on the "No deposit bonus" banner.
You need to make your first deposit (to the second account in your Dashboard) to activate this scale. If the amount is still 0, it means you didn’t open a new account or didn’t deposit the funds to it.
I have noticed that my equity with the bonus changes every day. Why?Every time you close the trade, the profit or loss of this trade moves to the field "Balance". After that, once in 24 hours, the system checks the profit or loss you got after the trades you closed and re-calculates the bonus (field "Credit"). This way, if you receive the bonus of 100 USD and get a profit of 100 USD, in 24 hours after the last closed trade the "Credit" field will become 0 USD and the "Balance" field will become 100 USD.
Can I trade on several accounts to trade the required notional value?Yes, you may trade on several accounts. You may open several trades on one account or open just one trade or open several trades on several accounts – your choice.
